The Quality Management System has been certified ISO9001 since 1994 and in 2015 we had our quality standards recognized also in the automotive field by the ISO/TS 16949 certification, then updated IATF 16949 in 2017.
Qualified personnel plan the control process to meet all Customer requirements.
Our metrology room is the heart of quality planning: here is where we manage the measuring devices used in the production processes and carry out checks on the products with advanced measuring machines. We rely on coordinate measuring machines, optical systems, roughness testers, hardness measuring equipment (Rockwell and Brinell scale) and metrology software that allows us to run SPC (Statistical Process Control) and to analyze process variability.
